As I learned to manage Sophie's food allergies, our family decided to eat only Sophie-safe dinners. We experimented with food allergy recipes of all kinds: breakfast, dinners, desserts. Eventually, this cookbook was born. All of the recipes in my cookbook are free of all of the 8 most common food allergens: wheat, eggs, milk, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish.
